Experience, Training and Application of QC Procedures
AQA's operations personnel have extensive experience in project management, purchasing, production, quality control, and trading. Our experience has been accumulated primarily in P.R. China and extends through many different industries.
Several fundamental disciplines are emphasized in AQA's continuous in-house training program, including:
- Procedures for reviewing Buyer requirements
- Quality audit procedures based on IS09000
- Quality Control systems including production monitoring procedures
- Procedures for attaining Continuous Improvement
Implementing these procedures in China's manufacturing environment usually requires some adaptation. Guided by experience, we provide the most effective Quality Assurance feasible within the Buyer's delivery schedule.
AQA supplements QC disciplines with industry specific information obtained from the Buyer's organization, from prior experience and from industry expertise available in China. An essential element of the AQA process is a detailed understanding of the relevant standards and test procedures.
Organization and Operating Procedures
AQA operates several offices throughout China, Europe and the United States to provide effective communication channels between the Buyers' location and selected suppliers, as well as the major sub-suppliers.
Our capabilities include technical and commercial translation services between the Buyers' language and Mandarin to facilitate the supplier's clear understanding of the Buyer's requirements. AQA assigns speakers of the local dialect within China to aid verbal communication and further minimize the possibility of misunderstandings.
AQA's local presence enables production to be monitored in detail, and, if appropriate, continuously. The AQA team provides for independent, in-line inspection of workmanship, equipment capability and QC procedures, particularly ensuring that plant personnel adhere to any previously-agreed procedural changes. They also ensure that samples for off-site testing and reference are fairly selected.
AQA also provides training for factory personnel to help them upgrade their Quality Control procedures and become more responsive to the voice of the customer, while our multiple sourcing policy encourages higher performance from competing suppliers.
In certain cases, it becomes necessary for AQA to take ownership of the goods at, or close to, finished production. This provides AQA with complete control over the final inspection, allowing the Buyer to use his standard purchasing contract.
